We are done! Ok, the house isn't quite finished yet, but Team 2 leaves tomorrow and we will not be doing any more building.
The walls are up, the roof is on and the outside walls and ceilings have been insulated and covered in poly. And we temporary windows and a door in place so it is warmish inside. Today the rain came down and didn't stop. It was rather chilly all day. We had a high of 2 degrees. Brrr.
Monday it is back to Yellowknife for one night and maybe breakfast with an old pal. Then Tuesday I head to Cambridge Bay again and work for a couple of hours--ick. And then rest up the following day--Canada Day!

Hi Jennifer
Now that you have your second build under your work belt, where's #3 going to be? Just joking, I'm sure that's the furtherest thing from your mind currently. Glad to hear things went well. The family moving in must be thrilled to see how quick a new home can go up!
Hope you do get to have some time with your old pal in Yellowknife, always fun to catch up with friends!
It's probably a good thing that July 1 is this week - you probably need a Jen day at this point!
Happy Canada Day to you ... Lori B.
Jennifer:
A huge pat on the back to you and your fellow builders for a job well done!
I wish you safe and happy flights to your next destinations.
Hope you find some one to watch fire works with on July 1!
Edith
